Switching eyes

During the ordering process, you will see a "Questions and inquiries" field. Please leave a note of your change request, like "Switch eyes to [product number] or [product name]". *Please choose items in stock.

Switching doll body

If you are interested in having a different type body instead, please contact us ahead. (e.g. 27cm custom basic sets come with a 27cm normal body but you would like to have a soft bust body as a part of the set.) We try to take your requests if the replacement is in stock.

About delivery

If we have everything in stock, PARABOX will be able to ship your set doll right away. If you choose a set that includes a hand-painted head, we might need to ask you to wait for two weeks to get the head ready.

・ Full sets or Custom Basic sets are out of stock.
・ There are no full sets or custom basic sets with my favorite head and body combination.
・ I would like Parabox to apply eyes to the hand-painted head that I am going to order!

Parabox helps with these issues! Order items (body, head, eyes, wig,...) separately then put a note like "Please set them up for me!" during the ordering process.
We assemble items as per your instructions, so send us detailed instructions like "a 1/3 scale hand-painted head, eyes, and a neck part assembled, please.", or "Please put these items; painted head, eyes, and body together."
Please note that purchasing items separately costs more than a full set price.

・ For 1/3 scale heads without eye pockets, like Sleeping Princess, Luna, and 1st Angela, we glue eyes to the head.
・ Please make sure to choose same body color items. (Don't choose a fleshtone color head and white skin body.)

Shipping

Our shipping charges vary depending on the location shipped to and total weight of the products that you order.

Our primary shipping company is EMS. However, after the pandemic EMS has limited delivery to some countries. We use DHL as a substitute. We do not offer the choice EMS or DHL. If your order includes a 110cm Life Size Doll, you might be offered a choice of EMS or DHL.

You will receive a tracking number through PayPal. Both EMS and DHL include insurance.

Some countries charge import taxes to import goods from Japan. Buyers are responsible for payment of import taxes. Parabox doesn't take any requests from buyers to send product as a "gift."

If you would like to have your package shipped to an address in Japan, we offer you the same shipping services and payment methods that our Japanese website offers. All sales to addresses in Japan have sales tax applied. Click the "LEARN MORE" button for more information.

Reward Points

This shopping site has a point reward system. To receive this benefit, you need to be a registered member. (To become a member, go to the registration page and sign up.)

This is how it works. Every time you purchase from the Parabox website, you receive points. You can use these points for your future purchases!

*You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen purchase (the total price after discount, not including tax if applicable).
*1 point can be used as 5 yen for your future shopping.
*You can use any amount of points minimum 10 points (equivalent to 50yen) up to 1,000 points (equivalent to 5,000yen) at one time for your future shopping.
*You cannot use more points than the total amount of purchase price.

What's happening after order

We will e-mail you auto made confirmation. The shipping department will e-mail you with a tracking number through Paypal within a few days, and then start packing up your order. If your order includes something out of stock, we will e-mail you right away. If your order includes Obitsu products which are stocked in our stores, it would cause a few days delay shipping in order to get them from Obitsu.

If you would like to change your order afterward, please let us know as soon as possible. We will take care of it if it hasn't been shipped out.

In the rare event a package is missing, damaged or delayed you may be compensated by EMS/DHL. Please send us pictures if your order was damaged when it arrived.

Exchange/Return

Please verify that all the purchased items are correct when they arrive.
If you receive wrong items or defective items, please let us know as soon as possible. Showing us pictures or videos of the problem would help us.
Unless the problem was caused by Parabox, we will not accept return or exchange items. Please make sure that all the ordered items are correct when ordered.
