Shipping to address outside Japan

Shipping is limited to EMS for deliveries outside of Japan. With EMS, you can track the progress of the package online and insurance is included.

Our current shipping and handling charges vary depending on the shipment destination and total weight of the products you order.

Some countries charge import taxes to import goods from Japan. Buyers are responsible for payment of import taxes. Parabox doesn't take any requests from buyers to send it as a"gift."

Shipping to address in Japan

You could choose one of the three shipping methods for domestic shipping: TA-Q-BIN, Teikeigai, Nekopos. TA-Q-BIN and Nekopos are served by Yamato Transport Co. And Teikeigai is served by Japan Post service.

If your order is more than 8,000 yen, you will get free shipping for any method that you like.

TA-Q-BIN

This method delivers your package within two days. If you prefer "cash on delivery" as payment, this is the only shipping method that allows you to do it. It requires hanko/your signature for receiving packages.

If you order is smaller than 8,000 yen, you will be charged a fee depending on the destination region.

Hokkaido: 1080 yen
Tohoku region (Akita, Aomori, Fukushima, Iwate, Miyagi, Yamagata)：780 yen
Kanto region (Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki, Saitama, Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa)：780 yen
Chubu region (Aichi, Fukui, Gifu, Ishikawa, Nagano, Niigata, Shizuoka, Toyama, Yamanashi)：780 yen
Kinki region (Mie, Nara, Wakayama, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyōgo and Shiga) ：780 yen
Shikoku region (Ehime, Kagawa, Kōchi, Tokushima)：980 yen
Chugoku region (Hiroshima, Okayama, Shimane, Tottori, Yamaguchi)：980 yen
Kyushu region (Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Ōita, Saga, Kagoshima, Miyazaki)：1080 yen
Okinawa：1180 yen

Teikeigai

This method delivers your package within 3-4 days. If you prefer "cash on delivery" as payment, please do not choose this method. This service is operated by Japan Post, and they leave your package in your mail box. No signature required. No tracking number provided. (Parabox has no responsibility for loss.)

If your order is smaller than 8,000 yen, we'll charge you 300 yen throughout Japan.


= Items that can be used with this service =
Any size items that go into your mail box could be delivered by this method. Almost any item except for huge items like a big roll Toy Skeleton, Priers set or big Kewpie dolls.

Nekopos

This method delivers your package within two days. If you prefer "cash on delivery" as payment, please do not choose this method. This service is operated by Yamato Transport, and they leave your package in your mail box. No signature required.
This service doesn't deliver to Okinawa.
If your order is smaller than 8,000 yen, we'll charge you 270 yen throughout Japan.


= Items that can be used with this service =

The package has to be thinner than 2.5cm thickness and samller than a A4 size envelope. So bodies (except for 11cm body), all heads, doll eyes (except for 20mm and smaller eyes), and bigger items are not allowed.

Yu-packet

This method delivers your package within 3 days. If you prefer "cash on delivery" as payment, please do not choose this method. This service is operated by Japan Post, and they leave your package in your mail box. No signature required. No tracking number provided. (Parabox has no responsibility for loss.)

If your order is smaller than 8,000 yen, we'll charge you 220 yen throughout Japan.


= Items that can be used with this service =
The package has to be thinner than 2cm thickness and smaller than A4 size envelope. So only small thin items can be sent.
