The connecting pin for the ear is fragile, be careful when putting pressure on the side of the ear. To make the installation easier, warm the hole in the head a little with a hair dryer, then install the ear.
If you would like to use ears with other Parabox soft vinyl heads. Drill small holes in the head. Make sure holes are smaller than the ear axis, otherwise ears won't stay still.

Our shipping charges vary depending on the location shipped to and total weight of the products that you order.
Our primary shipping company is EMS. However, after the pandemic EMS has limited delivery to some countries. We use DHL as a substitute. We do not offer the choice EMS or DHL. If your order includes a 110cm Life Size Doll, you might be offered a choice of EMS or DHL.
You will receive a tracking number through PayPal. Both EMS and DHL include insurance.Some countries charge import taxes to import goods from Japan. Buyers are responsible for payment of import taxes. Parabox doesn't take any requests from buyers to send product as a "gift."
If you would like to have your package shipped to an address in Japan, we offer you the same shipping services and payment methods that our Japanese website offers. All sales to addresses in Japan have sales tax applied. Click the "LEARN MORE" button for more information.

If you would like to change your order afterward, please let us know as soon as possible. We will take care of it if it hasn't been shipped out.
In the rare event a package is missing, damaged or delayed you may be compensated by EMS/DHL. Please send us pictures if your order was damaged when it arrived.Exchange/Return
