Foot size comparison of Obitsu 11/21/22/23/27cm(female) bodies and moreFoot sizes of the 21cm, 23cm, and 27cm(female) Obitsu bodies are all 22cm in length. Parabox original shoes available on the website are designed for the Obitsu body, however, some could fit other brands' feet. Please check the foot size list.
Obitsu 24cm body's feetThe 24cm body has bigger feet than the 21/22/23/27cm body and Obitsu made soft vinyl shoes for 1/6 scale bodies don't fit the 24cm body. Please use Parabox original shoes which inner size is 30cm.
Obitsu 27cm male slim body's feet Since Obitsu made soft vinyl shoes for 27cm male bodies were originally designed for the Obitsu male realistic dolls, they are a little loose fit for the 27cm male slim body.
How to measure doll feetMost shoes on the website have its inner size (length) of the shoes written on the website. If you have your doll's foot length, measure it from toe to heal as the picture shows. Please note that Parabox shoes may not fit the feet with a big instep size.
Shipping
Our shipping charges vary depending on the location shipped to and total weight of the products that you order.
Our primary shipping company is EMS. However, after the pandemic EMS has limited delivery to some countries. We use DHL as a substitute. We do not offer the choice EMS or DHL. If your order includes a 110cm Life Size Doll, you might be offered a choice of EMS or DHL.
You will receive a tracking number through PayPal. Both EMS and DHL include insurance.Some countries charge import taxes to import goods from Japan. Buyers are responsible for payment of import taxes. Parabox doesn't take any requests from buyers to send product as a "gift."
If you would like to have your package shipped to an address in Japan, we offer you the same shipping services and payment methods that our Japanese website offers. All sales to addresses in Japan have sales tax applied. Click the "LEARN MORE" button for more information.

This is how it works. Every time you purchase from the Parabox website, you receive points. You can use these points for your future purchases!
*You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen purchase (the total price
after discount, not including tax if applicable).
*1 point can be used as 5 yen for your future shopping.
*You can use any amount of points minimum 10 points (equivalent to
50yen) up to 1,000 points (equivalent to 5,000yen) at one time for
your future shopping.
*You cannot use more points than the total amount of purchase price.

If you would like to change your order afterward, please let us know as soon as possible. We will take care of it if it hasn't been shipped out.
In the rare event a package is missing, damaged or delayed you may be compensated by EMS/DHL. Please send us pictures if your order was damaged when it arrived.Exchange/Return
